Default b20 v running like crap when cold

its a b20b bottom end with a b16 head on it.
when cold like after sitting over night the car will not idle acts like its running super rich it smokes dark smoke and smells heavily like its running rich.. if you sit in driveway making it idle for a little then go drive it the car cuts out really bad and lurches/lunges once car warms up go out and do a couple pulls come back let it sit like 15 to 30 minutes go back out and car starts just fine idles then will lurch a little bit not bad while driving. drive it a little come back wait a little more then go out and its fine for rest the day.. is doesnt throw any c.e.l's ive checked to make sure light works it is a tuned p28
also car will lurhc/ cutout a little when driving but only when throttle body is partially cracked open.. sometimes... like keeping a steady speed on highway
any ideas im dumbfounded.. i got car this way...

Tuned or just basemapped? What EMS is it running? Surely you can log what's going on when this is happening?
