Default Type r LMA's

Are people replacing the original LMA's with newer spring type on these? Some of my LMA's are sticky so need to get new ones but don't know whether to order new original type ones or the spring type?

Are they direct fit or need to be shimmed?

The new B series spring type LMA is a direct fit. I still like the H22 LMA still away cheaper. I had hardened spacers made for mine.

Contact these guys & tell them you need a set for a B-Series. It's an even better deal.

So is this part number good for JDM B18c Type R engine also? some sites say new LMA for non-Type R engine?

I'm looking to change my LMA in JDM B18C-R so need to know if I can use the new standard B series LMAs
