Get the std (standard size) for 81mm, you will be fine.

81.08 is not a size. If you haven't replaced the pistons then they are standard size 81mm and call for 81mm rings.

No idea. Are the pistons stock? Do you have a picture?

If you havent bored out the block you will need standard size. Ignore those numbers.

That is usually just to designate that that piston was for a USDM engine, etc. As everyone else has stated: if your engine has never been apart then use the standard size rings. Should rehone the cylinder too.

OEM all the way. Make sure you or whoever is building your engine measures cylinder specs to make sure you are within service limits. And always check ring end gap.

And also make sure who ever builds it doesn't put like a 240grit hone job on it. That is way too rough for the thin honda piston rings. I think factory service manual calls for something like 400grit but don't quote me on that. I sent a block off to get honed one time and it came back with about a 200grit job. Had to send it back to be redone. Somewhat my fault for not mentioning what grit to hone it at, but the machine shop was cool and took care of it free of charge.

Yes the OEM service manual calls for 400 on the final hone.

I have nipping piston rings on my built b18c and they rev to 9 rpm every day with no problems. But if u have cash then I would go with OEM.
