Post tranny issues first n second never want to go in..

What's up HT. I've been having this problem wit my Tranny for a bit now. After breaking diffs, Couter shaft, and 2nd gr at different times now that its all together for the fourth time I'm still having trouble getting it in to1st n 2nd especially when i come to stops n red lights. Ive changed 1st n 2nd gr syncro twice. Completelycleaned it out. Replaced the counter shaft bearing that sits in the bell housing do to the counter shaft wearing it out for some reason and last thing i just did was juts bout a new linkage from has port n still doing the same Is there anything else i should check b4 i go get a new tranny?

after all that and no changes id suspect a bent fork?

mine wouldnt go in third before the dogbox and same thing after i installed it, put a solid joing in my linkage and fixed it, assumed it was bent or highly worn out.

Did you also change the 1st/2nd synchro sleeve set? Could also be a bent shift fork.

Dont think is the shift forks because it was doing the same wit the gsr gearing i had. The only thing that's the same is that SCA piece.

If you kept the same forks it could....

It's either the SCHA or the forks. It's that simple, especially if you're using an OEM based shifter assembly.

I had that issue and it was my cheezy carbon synchros. The synchro sleeve was digging into the thick notches on the outside of the synchro. I put in a stock synchro and never had the issue again. I was having to start the car in gear etc.
