Default 93 civic/gsr swap - having clutch pedal grabbing problems

I have a 93 civic with a gsr swap. I replaced the clutch when I did the swap and my master was leaking, so I also replaced that and the slave. I've been having a strange problem ever since. Sometimes when I let off the clutch it instantly grabs and other times I have to fully release the pedal. I can still drive but its causing me to stall often and over Rev often and I don't want any future damage. Any ideas? I've bled the thing countless times. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Could the hose from the Res to the master be part of the problem? Its worn and pretty much slides right off with little resistance...if any. I will try to replace it later tonight or tomorrow and see if it helps anything.

I have been selling clutches for more than 10 years and I can say that I have seen a few cases where the clutch fork is cracked and is only working part way. You can usually check this by getting a mirror and pulling the boot back on the trans so you can see into the bell housing.
One other possibility is that the throw out bearing could be hanging up on the bearing retainer. (If you greased in when you replaced the clutch, I really doubt this would be it, but it could still be hanging if the retainer had a groove/notch worn into it.)

So it took a while but I finally had the chance to check things out. I removed my slave cylinder and the fork seems fine but there seems to be a lot of play. It doesn't spring back either way I push it and it wobbles up and down a bit. I think I need to pull my tranny <O.O>

...is the bearing supposed to spring back when you let off the clutch? Does anyone know about a write-up on how to assemble the fork setup? I can't find my manual.
