Default Weird Problem

Ok, I have a 93 EH3 Si hatch with a USDM B18C1 swap. The problem is, after the car has sat overnight, the clutch pedal grabs very low to the floor, as if it's low on fluid. After 10 minutes of driving and/or pumping the clutch it seems to come back to it's usual catch point. This has been a recurring problem over the past three days. I've checked the clutch master cylinder reservoir and it did seem low, so I topped it off but the problem didn't seem to change. The clutch master cylinder (to my knowledge) is original to the car (the body has 240K on it) so one guess of mine could be that it's going bad. Or, could this just be air in the line? All this being said, the car has still been 100% driveable, and the clutch itself still grabs just as it should. This leads me to believe it's definitely not a bad clutch, but a hydraulic issue of some kind. Any input would be appreciated. ~JL

Check for fluid loss from the slave cylinder and the master cylinder on the firewall and near the top of the clutch pedal. If none is found, bleed the clutch hydraulic system of possible trapped air. If that doesn't help, consider replacing the master and slave cylinders.
