93 Accord... Red and Black plug near Crank pulley
Been having problems with a h22a swapped accord
so i was going to check timing when i noticed a plug close to crank pulley not plugged in... i did a continuity test to some pins at the ecu and found it works with almost all the wires somehow
does anyone know what this plug goes to?

What year is your H22?
If it is an OBD2 H22A4 and there are 4 wires that would be the TDC and CKP sensors. You will need them or an OBD1 distributor with those sensors in it to get your car running.

That looks like the connector part of a knock sensor. The rest if it is probably still screwed into the block up above the oil filter.
awesome... thanks bro
ill check that out... one more Q.is there any way that could cause the car to have problems running if disconnected?

It will cause the ignition to go into a limited state. The engine will run poorly under load and higher RPM conditions. MPG will be lower and it will seem sluggish and may even start bucking at times as well.
well i found the knock sensor the only thing is that the thing i took a picture of did not plug in to it
not really sure
is that a knock sensor that was torn out?

Yes..that green part is the broken connector portion of the knock sensor itself. Sorry, I should have been more clear in saying that it was a broken part and that the KS would require replacement.
