Default JRSC B16 stuck in limp mode. hondata not powering on!

So i had some problems and i found my map sensor came disconnected so i cut some off of the hose and reconnected it. now my car cuts out at boost and will not rev over 4k rpm's. I looked at my hondata s200 box and noticed that the red LED light that is usually on, is not on anymore... I disconnected the battery for 10 minutes and reconnected it and it did the same thing. any ideas?

interface box LED does not come on
The interface box is not getting power from the ECU. Possible causes for this problem:
• Interface box cable is not plugged in correctly.
• The cable has broken wires or is shorting out. Check for +5V between CN2 or CN3 pins 1 and 3 on the ECU.

Got that from the hondata manual.
Hope it's any help.
