Hondata problems

Default Hondata problems

I am having some issues with my hondata. No matter what I do i cant get the little blue box to link to the ECU. everything is conected correctly and I have tryed 3 diffrent s200 boxes. this is really starting to suck. the guys at hondata treat you like your stupid and dont seem very helpfull.
uberdata here I come. this sucks
just venting but if you guys have any ideas I am willing to try anything at this point

If you cannot get a solid led light from the blue box, then your eeprom chip either doesnt have the correct image on it (ecu type different, etc) or the 28pin socket or 4 pin CN2 connector isnt soldered improperly. If you dont have any LED light then your ribbon cable isnt making contact to the 4 pin CN2 connector.

there is no LED light but everything is conected correctly and I have used 2 ribon cables with no luck. there is no CEL and the car runs fine out of boost.
