Icon6 b16a stock with stock p28 ecu starts crappy when its cold

need help with b16a stock with stock p28 ecu starts crappy when its cold have to crank it like 2-3 times before it starts .while driving if i hold the gas down 1\4 it picks up ok but wen u floor it at about 3000k rpm it bogs out like crazy

Try running a stock p30 or a chipped p28 and see if it still does the same thing. it sounds like its leaning itself out.

Idk check engine off its obo jumped to obd1

ECT sensor is most likely your issue. only starts quick when car is warm rite?

Check your compression. Bad compression will do this
