Civic or Integra Type R Cams?
I have a 95 GSR in my 91 Crx Si I am trying to find out which cams to put in my motor? Should i go with an Integra type r intake cam and leave the other stock or someone told me to go with a civic type r intake cam an a integra type r exhaust cam. If you have any suggestions it would help. Thanks
ctr intake cam and itr exhaust cam. ctr is the more aggresive cam. Both have the same hieght on the exhaust side, so just go with the itr for the exhaust since it is cheaper

ctr is more agressive on the intake side on cams before the 00-01 spec..so basically that means 00-01 itr/ctr cams are the same
'00 spec ITR's aren't exactly the same, I think they have a shorter duration (3 degrees is it?) as per the ITR guys, but it's alot closer to the CTR than the 97-98 ITR cams.
When you installed your ctr intake cam, did you change the vtec engagement point, cause that could cause a bog in the midrange, vtec should be set around 5 instead of 4400, thought i would ask.

the '00 and '01 ITR cams are the same as CTR cams. '97 and '98 have 3 degrees less duration.
