Default 85x89 Sleeved High Compression E85 on 50/100 shot?

Was just wondering if I'd be able to run a 50 maybe 100 shot of nitrous

B18a1 ERL sleeved block (balanced & blueprinted)
Probe 12.5:1 compression forged pistons
Arias piston rings
Micropolished & balanced LS crank
ACL bearings (main & rod)
Eagle H beam rods
ARP main studs
ARP head studs
Endyn crank girdle
Itr oil pump
Itr water pump

91 pr3 b16a head
Supertech Titanium nitride coated flat valves
Supertech valve guides
Supertech valve seals
Supertech dual titanium valve springs
Supertech titanium retainers
Skunk2 pro series intake manifold
Omnipower 70mm throttle body
Skunk2 pro2 camshafts
TODA adjustable cam gears
AEM fuel rail & FPR
Rc 1000cc injectors

Car will be ran on E85!!!

Don't really know anything bout running nitrous by I figured since my blocks pretty solid if I'd be able to run a 50-100 shot of spray? Car is not daily driven & obviously i know I'm gonna need some awesome tuning probably on s300. Will be ran with AEM wideband o2 sensor. Anybody have any experience with high compression nitrous???
