My fuel and ignition values are silky smooth, but here lately I noticed at any given rpm I have a slight hesitation at tip in. Watching logs, I noticed that the tps at no throttle read -.30% Checked the scale tps minumum reading and it showed up at -.28%. Played with it for about 30min, and to get everything back to good, I had to enter a value of -1% minimum reading to get the off throttle tps back to 0. Now everything is back to good. My question is simple...is this ok?
Sounds like the mechanical adjustment on the tps is wrong.
Set the tps to .45-.50 volts at 0% throttle and 4.5 volts at 100% throttle using a multimeter.
Then use the s300 tps calibration tool.

Checked and tried this yesterday with the same results. Had to go back to my -1% min. throttle to get the hesitation to go away?
Datalog the vehicle when it is "jerking" review the log and see if the issue is with decel fuel cut or an issue with the actual tune leaning out etc.

Played with it some more today and made some improvements. Recalibrated TPS, put Overrun Fuel Cutoff to.50%, and added 5% fuel to columns 1-6. I noted that under Fuel Trim, I had Throttle Tip in trim set to -10%...should this be set to 0?

Tip in fuel trim really depends on the setup. Just set it where you have the best resolt.
