Icon3 93' idle rough

hey guys, i got a 1993 honda accord lx with the 2.2l and when i start it, it runs alright, but after a minute of idle it starts to get a little lower and is really rough. driving down the road its fine and evens out, its just on idle its pretty bad. also, sometimes it doesnt start, i am assuming its the main relay, would that make it run bad if the relay was faulty?
thanks!

Try the idle position sensor
What's it idling? Anything from 600 to 900 is a good idle

Maybe you could try taking off the breather and clean the throttle body. It could be caked up with dirt if you have never cleaned it before. Whenever my idle gets rough I clean it and it goes back to normal. Could also be a vacuum line that's not connected properly. Ever have any stalls when stopping?

Main relay is a good first guess. But that tends to cut out pretty erratically, whether you're up to speed or not.

it could possibly be the throttle positioning sensor.
