Has anyone kept there Auto pedals when converting to Manual
Im doing a auto to manual swap into my 1998 ek sedan, and i read forums about keeping the auto pedals but hows the clearance, is the brakes to big or clearance is fine, Post pictures i would appreciate it!
A while back I did this in a friends 95 Civic. I know its a different car but close to the same. I did have to cut the brake pedal down a ways and it worked just fine. All we did was use a sawzaw to chop it from the huge 6in pedal to a 3 in pedal. Wasn't perfect, but it functioned fine.

Did this swap on my EK. Keep the stock gas pedal, swap out the brake pedal for a manual one(just remove the arm....one bolt, one pin, and one spring) then add the clutch pedal. Dont be ghetto and cut the auto brake pedal with a saw!
This was the question I was gonna ask "Can I just change the Brake Arm instead of the whole assembly" but thanks for your Answer, do I have to use a 96-98 manual brake arm or can I use any 92+annual brake arm?
