Icon3 NEED HELP H23/EK HATCH

I just recently put my swap into my ek and everything went smooth. When we started the car it had a idle problem which we figured was the ECU since i was using my single cam. I recently bought a obd2 p72 A04 ECU(GSR) and the motor ran more healthy but still had that reving up and down problem. we scanned it and it told us IACV which was recently replaced.. now before we replaced it the only problem I had was the Idle going up and down quickly. Once we replaced the IACV we started to hear a loud sucking air coming from inside the throttle body. the Top hole not the bottom. once i cover the hole up with my finger the car idles like a baby and runs mint. WHAT DO I DO?!!? please help

H23A blue top vtec completely stock!

NOTE :

intake mani was never touched or removed
throttle body gasket is good and we also used gasket sealant
Flushed radiator coolant and made sure no bubbles inside.
plugged up any unnecessary holes
changed MAP and TPS censor

I suggest going into the Prelude section, and look over the faq on surging idle.

IACV = Intake Air control valve. (The sensor you replaced)

P72 ecu is looking for a 2 wire IACV, You are using a 3 wire IACV because the H23A Bluetop comes with a 3 wire IACV and your engine harness must be from a 96-00 DX/CX/LX (Manual) or from an 96-00 Automatic.

You will need to do the following. Also you will need to replace your 3 wire IACV with a 2 wire IACV. I think there may be an adapter kit that allows you to do this. Give Rosko Racing a email or call.
