Hey here,
I am new to the integra/honda world and just trying to learn alot . I gotta couple buddys that know a little but always like to here more about things .

First question is, I am trying to keep the motor I have in here but just figure what I can add on to it to still get more power/speed out of it . I am told to get a vtec head or a b16, basically a LS/Vtec or a poor mans R I think my buddy told me . Anyway anyone can help out ?

Also, what is a good lowering limit to let me sit pretty flush but still keep it up and comfortable off the ground . I am going to search the forums, I figure I just introduce and ask questions. Pics will come soon !
