Default EG B18A/B Bogging down

Okay so here we go. I bought this car with a blown headgasket. Got it all tore apart and found the head was warped. I read around and found that the B18B head would fit bolt on and it did for the most part. I finally got it in time mechanically and I'm pretty sure the ignition timing is too. When I go to pull out it revs up nice, but has no speed. It idles rough like a ?loping? sound. At idle it shakes the whole cash and steering wheel. Also it back fires at idle. I'm not sure what to make of it. I've never really been a "honda guy" but I figured I'd try out one. This is kind of changing the way I feel about them to the worst.

Its your timing. More than likely your 1 tooth off. Pull ur crank pully, turn NO.1 to TDC, The mark on the crank gear should line up with the mark on the oil pump. The marks on your cam gears should line up with each other (google it). Throw the belt back on. If your not experienced, its an easy mistake to make.

I have had the belt of at least ten times. All the marks are dead on.
