Default 1996 Honda Civic with GSR Swap - Injector issue

I have a 1996 Honda Civic with a GSR swap, the 2 center injectors are not working.

Histroy :

So, i have a 1996 Honda Civic that i GSR OBD2A.

Here is the history on car, Car came with a single cam d15, and a OBD2B dash harness and Engine Harness that was all chopped up so i decided to put in a 96-98 dash harness and vtec engine harness. I dropped the motor in this week and wired up the Idle Air Bypass, Idle Air Control Sensor, Purge Control Solenoid, and C KF sensor. Ran all wires to ECU pins on connectors.

finally got the car running thanks to RonJ@HT . But now Its running rough and 2 injectors are not working.

Also Had a P1298 cel for the ELD but went away after a few restarts

Do the two injector clips have battery voltage?

Does the two injector ground wires that run to the ECU have an open or short?

If you didn't properly soldered the wires, that is most likely your issue. CRIMP connectors are crap.

Yes the 2 injectors have battery voltage going to them and I checked for voltage drop and there is no drop, I will be checking grounds after work today.

Injectors are controlled by the ECM grouding them, battery voltage is constant. So you either have a faulty ECM, or faulty injectors if the wiring is ok.

YOU CAN ALSO USE A NOID LIGHT TO SEE IF THE GROUND IS CUTTING ON AND OFF FROM THE ECU

Are the injector clips attached in the correct firing order.

Will the engine start with starting fluid?

Injector clips have a proper firing order just like spark plug wires.

List the injector clip ground wire colors for cylinders 1-4.

Will the engine start with starting fluid?

Do those two injectors spray fuel? Do those two cylinders have spark?

Remove the fuel injector and crank engine to watch whether they spray fuel. If so, make sure the injector ground wires properly pin to the ECU connector.

If all is fine, check the mechanical timing and compression test the cylinders.
