When I torque the axle nut, the wheel locks up and won't spin
i have a 95 civic hatch with a b16 swap my problem is that when i torque my axle nut on the drivers side the wheel wont spin it locks the wheel bearing in place when the cv axle is disconnected the cv axle and the wheel bearing spin fine with no problems i was just wondering what would be a way to help resolve this thank you
Inner joint is most likely bound up on the dust ring on the backside of the bearing. See below:

Note that this should not happen on a B-series swap, but the rings may be bent or something.
