Default loose axle nut

soo yesterday i replaced my wheel bearing before i left work...test drove it and it felt fine.this morning i go to my dads house which is about a half hour away and on the way home im feeling this nasty vibration, almost like a bad wheel bearing and i knew instantly that my dumbass left the axle nut loose

axle doesnt seem to be damaged, but my question is wether or not this could damage the wheel bearing or cv joint?

Just try to tighten it and see if the vibration goes away. If not then I would say you have done some damage.
