Prop Shaft Removal
Has anyone done this on the crv? If so, how is it done? I am in the process of removing my transmission as we speak, and the manual says remove prop shaft, but trying to get a wrench or socket on these 4 bolts is hard enough, and once on, the whole shaft spins. And tips hints or clues??
if you cant use an impact gun...put some type of long bar through the joints....long enough where it would hit the ground or the body so that when you turn it...it would stop it...
or the the double wrench technique

What I did, since I didnt' have the car lifted and it was on grass was hammered a lug-wrench and a jack-bar into the ground while they were sticking through the shaft. Then just took my 10mm wrench and turned it, although with more leverage like another wrench (double-wrench mentioned by ARMED above) it would've been easier.
