Default Rich and lean afr

I have a boosted b17a1 with a t3/t4 57 trim its street tuned and it has a stage 3 yonaka clutch, Cometic gasket, all stock internals minus buddy club cam gears. When I got it tuned it had a ram horn manifold with a full 2.5 straight pipe. I recently just installed a 3" downpipe and it's straight back till the S bend an stops. When I have a warm idle the air fuel goes off the aem uego gauge no reading when cruising its a 14:5-15:6. When in boost to about .45 bars do 6.6psi the afr is 11:3 but anything after that it goes to 10:0. What do you think is the problem?

Also the head is ticking but I got my tuner to do a valve adjustment and it ran fine no ticking but now it's ticking again. Any ideas thanks!!

off the reading high or low?
and the 3" downpipe and exhaust normally warrants a new tune...
it will cruise around that afr... part throttle low load requires very little fuel...
