New to boost. Got a few questions.
I have a 95 civic hatch with a gsr and a Blackworks racing turbo kit. It has a 50mm Tial blow of valve and a 44 mm wastegate. It also has a 3 inch downpipe to a 2.5 inch exhaust (restictive I know, but I've gotta pass inspection.) My questions are.
-how much vacuum should I have? I currently have 10-12 inhg, butbi have a plain bov spring and in getting crazy amounts of flutter with my bov. Is this amount of vacuum normal? I've heard Hondas should be up near 20 inhg.
-How should I run my vacuum lines for wastegate/bov. I have a wastegate, bov, boost gauge, fuel pressure reg, that all need to be hooked up. Should I just get a vacuum block?
-also, Do I need to hook up a catch can set up ASAP? I know most people do, I'm just on a budget and am saving for a tune.
Any hell is appreciated, thanks guys.

1. hondas generally have 20-22" vac at warm idle
2. the bov should have its own dedicated line. wastegates do not need vac lines, just a boost reference
3. how much power are you making? a catch can its absolutely necessary but should be added once you start making higher hp

Should I just get a vacuum block? A vacuum block is always a great idea. The fewer the number of "T"s in your vacuum lines (splitters) the better

Any help is appreciated, thanks guys. Fixed
