Default MPFI swap idling problem.

Ok so I did a MPFI conversion on my motor. I've doubled checked all hose connections and wiring and everything is sound. The car starts but the idle surges and pulses badly. It almost dies out sometimes. I thought it was misfiring at first but the timing seems to be correct. Any suggestions on what to do here? It seems like air is getting in somewhere but I have no idea where.
No codes coming from the ECU but the check engine light does come on and kind of flickers every now and again while its doing this.
I have to get this running correctly!

Pm6 ECU, A6 manifold and dizzy. Converted from DPFI on a D15B7.

Use some brake clean around the intake to find any vacuum leaks. Also recheck your wiring. Even if you're 100% sure it's good it usually isn't.

Sorry, I forgot to mention I tried the spray trick and got nothing out of it :/
Which connections could possibly cause this problem if something did happen to become loose?

Iacv or fitv under throttle body could be stuck

Yeah that's the only thing I can think of. I guess this manifold doesn't come with a FITV though. I checked the IACV because it was kind of old looking but it's actually super clean on the inside. Maybe check my wiring on that because it had to be extended a little?

Bump.

I started it up again today (still surging/pulsing) and put my finger over the hole that leads to the IACV right inside the throttle body. The car shut off when I put my finger there. Normal or bad?
