hey i have a d15b7 and i need to get the p06 ecu tuned or chipped wtever with some xenocron or somehting.if anybody knows somebody or a place let me know please

Where are you located and/or are you willing to ship your ECU? There are lots of people who can chip ECU's it's actually pretty simple. Any TV repair shop could do it with proper instructions, easily found online.

It's the tune that you really need to do some research on. A base map will only get you so far. Best thing would be to find a tuner in your local area and talk to them. See what types of prices they have for tuning packages.
