Icon2 Thought it was the MAP sensor.

I have a 1991 Honda CRX SI, with a B16A1 Head/B18A1 Block combo. I just recently rebuilt the motor, and it idles very low when the car warms up. Now, it has a piggyback computer (I believe) and the window is flashing the code for what I and my friend converted to a MAP sensor failure. I just replaced the MAP sensor and its still throwing the check engine, still idles low, and the computer is still flashing the same code. The Map sensor is just a stock Denso. I'm trying to get this issue figured out before I start getting a set of cams and a valve/spring kit lined up. I'll try and post Photos of the MAP sensor and get a video of the code flashing. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Any other information you might need let me know and I'll do my best to get back on here and get that too you.

Also and I don't know if this affects the situation, the car is pushing about 12.5:1 Compression.
