Hi not shur if I'm posting in the right place I'm new to this but I have a 92 civic si and I did have a b16a2 swap but pulled it doing to bad piston but I found a d15b complete dropout engine harness ecu axles alt. Tb. Intake. Injectors rail everything I have read a few posts but doesn't really get to my problem I will have everything for ob%2 drop in but I have obd1 just curious as to the easyest way to go about this wether its using a jumper harness or if I have to change over the injectors intake dizzy ect. Any help is nice please and thanks everyone.

What car did the D15b engine come from? Is it a JDM D15b engine? What ECU came with it?

 

It is coming from a 96 civic coupe and yea its the duel stage vtec jdm model. I'm prety shur it comes with a p08 not positive but I can buy a ecu or use the p28 I have and tune it if that would be easyier?

 

Dual vtec means 3 stage vtec means you need p2j ecu. You can get a chip gsr ecu and use iab to activate 2ND stage.

 

Pretty much. But this is the first time I've heard about using a GSR basemap to activate the second stage. Might save a lot of people a lot of problems trying to source the rare P2J ECU.
