I have a 99 Civic DX coupe that a moron took off the a/c. I am going to put it back on but have no a/c condensor, condensor fan, a/c hose manifold from compressor, nor a compressor. What condensor do I need? They have 4 different types and how do I know which one? I have figured out that I am supposed to have a Nippendenso a/c compressor.
My main question is will a B-series compressor, condensor, etc fit on this (I guess) D-series engine? All I know is that it is a 1.6 non-VTEC.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong but the b series compressor will not bolt up to the d series a/c bracket.

if you use a b series compressor, you'll have to use si lines that go into the compressor.

 

Your going to need the compressor, dryer, both high and low side lines from the firewall on passenger side to the compressor. Also need the condensor with fan and make sure whatever you do replace all of the O-rings while doing the install. As stated above if you go with B series parts then you'll need those lines.
