In my first bloc this part wasn't but In my new bloc this part were included

what size restrictor is that you have pictured?

What turbocharger is this restrictor ON?

What's current oil pressure at cold start?

These are bigger questions that needed to be answered first

it's a restrictor that goes in the block. it has nothing to do with a turbo.
