poor man 5 lug conversion rear setup

hey everyone. i recently did the poor man 5 lug conversion on the front. now i'm having trouble finding out what parts i need for the rear.
can i use existing cx rear trailing arm and install rsx-s hub and caliper, rotor, ebrake cable etc to the rear? let me know guys!!
btw its a 96 civic hatch...

ive had this done on my crx for over a year now and i havent had any problems.
