rear disc hub and rear drum hub, difference??

rear disc hub and rear drum hub, difference??
hey every one im gonna explain this the best i can.
i just did some rear extended studs on a friends car who has rear drums. now he wants to do the rear disc conversion.
i will be throwing the whole rear disc conversion but do not want to pound out the extended studs from the rear drum hub and put them on the rear disc hub
question is can i just use the rear hub from the drum and throw them on the rear disc trailing arms??
ex pic with out the abs ring though
