Default 3 major problems with Gsr swap. CEL diagnosis? limp mode? Vacuum?

1. The previous owner who did the wire harness never attached this wire to the cabin wires. My car is throwing a cel and I cannot diagnosed my car. Where and what wire can I use to connect this wire so I can diagnose it.

2. The car will not go past 2500 rpms or 25mph. It is nothing like hell and smokes as well. This motor was not known to smoke.

3. I need help with correctly hooking up my vacuum lines as well. I am using the first gen Skunk2 im.

Sorry for spelling errors and what not; I am typing this from my phone.

Thank you for your time if you got this far!

D4 on the ECU should run to a small connector that you put a jumper in for checking codes.
(You also do this to defeat electronic ignition advance when you set your distributor timing.)

If the connector isn't there, then just hook D4 to ground.

Make sure you don't have the TPS and IAC connector swapped around.
Some of the sensors have identical connectors.

Make sure you have the IAC wired up properly.
Try cleaning the IAC first. It's common for them to stop working properly when dirty.

Do the electrical test on the TPS before replacing it.

I figured it out! Some how I mixed up the IAC plug and map sensovhbr plugs around; this left the fan to stay on at all times. As soon as I switched them out the problem was fixed. The car ran smooth, Vtec is operating correctly now and it pulls hard.

Now the car sputters like hell. As soon as you try to accelerate there is a strong hesitation; the car lags and it starts to sputter. When you take it up the engine doesn't accelerates as fast as it should.

Any thoughts?
