Default Can't read cell, even with jumper wire

Hey Honda-tech,

I've encountered a bit annoying problem. Which the morons at the local shop couldn't fix.

I have a 94 EDM dx hatch with:

- b18c4 swap (same as b18c1)
- fully wire tucked
- Rebuild p06 with VTEC and IAB drivers, chipped with free crome.

Monday I've had noticed a cel, jumped the wire and and have read 4 codes (20=eld, 4=ckp, 13=baro and 16=fuel injectors).

Code 13 was due to forgetting to a fault base map setting I noticed, so I had burned a new base map with the correct settings (today).

Next I turned the ignition key.
Cel comes up, and goes off. Does look like it's okay.

However when I crank the car, the car starts and runs. After 5 seconds the cel comes on.

I can't read the cell codes now.

I've tried:

- Jumper connected, then ignition on = no cell
- Ignition on, then connect the jumper = no cell
- Start the car, then connect the jumper = a cel light that stay's on
- Jumper connected, the start the car = a cel light that stay's on

Am I doing something wrong?

(ps. sorry if my English is rubbish, I'm from Holland)
