First of all list the year/make/model/engine/ecu/mods done

1 - 02 sensor, why don't you have this hooked up, I'm confused from your statement "obd1 extractors installed?"

9 - cylinder sensor, points to a bad distributor or bad distributor wiring

14 - IACV, is it hooked up at all?

Also is your firing order correct for the plug wires? Post a pic if you are unsure.

Sorry what is an extractor? What distributor are you using? Can you post a pic of your firing order?

it idles around 450 to 600 but will die after about 10 secounds unles i give it gas.
also there is oil or sumthink splating out betwen the head and exhaust

cyl position is used by the ecm to determine injector firing order. possible the ecm defaulted to what's called a grouped firing order in which the ecm basically just fires the injectors at every 2 tdc events. would account for your rough idle until the code was cleared. at least i'm pretty sure honda utilizes this system. likely the distributor will need replacing at some point soon.
