Some people say it can be the dizzy also but I've tried the dizzy trick on the ls and it didn't work but for some odd reason it went away, on the gsr it was a wiring problem, so I'd say check your grounds and make sure all your wires are where they need to be. Also reset or switch ecu's with somebody to try and see if that fixes your problem.

Check engine light came ON? Or turned off? Why was it on if it just turned off?

Yes it has two step. I realize my speedo is not working. I did the integra cluster swap with electronic Vss and the speedo is not working. Didn't realize that i needed it. Basically two step is not dis engaging. Once I hook up the Vss problem should go away.

Ok so I hooked the wires up like they are suppose to be but when I turn my key to the on position the mph goes up to 40. Even when the Vss is not installed the speed goes to 40 mph. I triple
Checked wires. Can the cluster be had and cause this?

I say return to a cable operated cluster from a ef and cable speed sensor, just cuz vie had that problem on a accord and I'm thinking your cluster is bad.
