When I engage first gear i hear a grinding noise but once the clutch peddle is fully depressed the sound is gone. I heard it could be the throwout bearing or maybe input shaft bearing. Also another problem im facing is that when i let go of the clutch from the floor it feels as though the clutch grabs right away but as i further depress the clutch it goes back the neutral, and even further up ,about halfway where my clutch point is supposed to be, it engages but with the grinding noise i mentioned above.
Ive heard that normally, a bad throw out bearing makes noise with the clutch pedal depressed, whereas a bad input shaft bearing will make noise with the clutch engaged.
