Stuttering problems D15B7/Manual when driving throughout the revs
So i have read many of the threads and comments from this site and i am still trying to figure out why in any gear at any RPM my car stuuters. I have changed fuel filter, spark plug wires, spark plugs are good, i have put additives in the fuel tank, i have ran 93 octane and 87 with additives, cleaned throttle body, cleaned IACV, took slack out of throttle cable, and it still stutters when driving. I can idle perfect all day no stuttering. It doesn't do it every time I drive but sometimes is still too much. Any help would be greatly appreciated...thank you.

I didn't hear anything mentioned about the distributor cap or rotor. That's probably where I would start.

I did take the distributer apart and spary some contact cleaner inside to get rid of any moisture plus i cleaned the contacts i didn't post this earlier because i forgot. but i will change it if you don't think cleaning is good enough.

It's part of the tuneup. I would do it and eliminate it as a possibility. Are you throwing any CELs when this happens?

yes and no sometimes CEL comes on other times it doesn't. Plus this just srtuck my memory chord in my brain my ECU numbers are from a 98 Acura Integra 1.8L Non-Vtech. Maybe this is causing it or maybe the previous owner put it in the case I don't know. Maybe i need to visit the junk yard. I ahve asked my other Honda friends but they can't explain it.. This is mind bottling. but i do have a spare distributer although it is used i might switch it.

I'm going to get the compression checked or do it myself. And then figure out what's up with the ECU. Thanks for all the help...oh and I'm going to switch out the distributer as well. If it keeps giving me problems I'm going to put it out of it's mizery and sell it for parts.
