Walbro wont turn on???
My project is nearing end so i put the battery in for the 1st time in months to check **** out, turn the key and nothing. wtf? We all know how much of a pain in the *** it is to drop these tanks and change the pumps so i really don't feel like jumping to that right away. anybody have an idea as to how i can use process of elimination to find out what is wrong? thanks.
I agree with 91efh22 the main relay could be bad....if anything you can extend a wire from the black and yellow wire off dizzy to the power wire on the fuel pump and it should jump it also check all your fuses.
take your main relay out, lookin at the plug on the harness with the clip on top there is gonna be the 7 wires and one empty spot jump the two wires on the bottom right with a little wire and turn the ignition on, your fuel pump should cut on, if it doesnt it is an electrical issue
Fixed it, Not sure what it was cause i did more then one thing before checking. 1st i grounded the tranny (yeah whoops lol). then i hooked up my harness, and changed the main relay. I stuck the old relay in my friends car and it worked fine so it wasn't that. idk, works now and its all i care about lol. thanks for the help.
