i have a 1991 accord wagon, car stopped running while driving, the starter sounds very weak and slow when i tried to start again, however it will not start. just replaced the TCU and the distibutor assambly, had the starter and altinator tested both r good main relay is good, still wont start .

 

I don't want to be "that guy," but did you test the battery?

 

u could have a draw in the system. if u get it started check the out of the alternator then check it at the battery i had the same problem when i did a wire tuck. every thing checked out good in tell i got it to start. then bam fingered it out

 

yes the battery is good.

 

well the problem was a kink in the wires where i had it routed thou the body pinched it and gave my low volts

FateMorlock, your alternator could be bad. It could be burnt out, making the car run off of the battery.

 

Where did you get the tcu repaired?
