Icon3 Speedometer not working!

I recently bought a 95 Honda Accord EX manual transmission as my first car. The only problem was that the speedometer wasn't working. Everything else runs beautifully. After doing some research I thought I had nailed down the problem as a failed speed sensor, but after replacing it the speedometer and odometer still won't work! Can anyone tell me what the heck is going on and how to solve the problem?!

Most likely if you replaced the VSS then it is the gauge cluster.

Does the Cruise control work? If it does then it is a gauge cluster or maybe a wiring issue between the VSS and the gauge cluster. If it does not work and you have already replaced the VSS, I would check the wiring and connector for corrosion or shorts (worn cut wires).

Just ohm out the wires to make sure you have continuity from plug to plug
