Need more info on the car and CKP sensor is inside the distributor not by the crank that's the CKF.

Every were I'm reading I'm hearing that on an obd2 harness th cfs and cps are integrated I took the guts out of the obd2 dizzy cause they are the same and put it in an obd1 housing I under stand hat wither obd1 it picks up the signal for the cps from dizzy i might need a cps or cfs bypass

no bypass needed, all wires and sensors that are needed are already inside dizzy and wire harness
my first car was a 91 civic, i did a dpfi-mpfi, obd0-obd1, p06 ecu tuned, and a obd2 '96 ls swap soldering a obd2 dizzy plug and obd2 injector plugs on chassis harness. it worked fine no codes. later did a lsvtec so i bought a 96 gsr dizzy it on there no codes

oh this was all on the stock obd0 harness

only wires added was for dpfi-mpfi swap

please post the cel code number you are getting. i assume its code 9? and obd1 ecu would not look for the CKF sensor so it would have to be an issue with the dizzy

here is a dizzy pinout
