Hello honda tech i come for your help again.my last problem with the fuel pump is fixed i am getting fuel so now it would be spark.i pulled apart my distributor to look at my icmand realized 2/3 wires were plugged in the other was cut. The engine is a 96 b18c r. i had this engine running fine in my last cars, so i am at the question is should i splice and put a connector on i have pictures for you guys.the ignition module as i pulled the distributor off

The Blk/Yel wire supplies voltage from the ignition switch to the coil and ICM. You definitely need it connected to have spark.

 

why is that **** cut? i purchased that engine from gotjdm.com i put it in my last civic all was fine i never cut any wires. how was it running before?
