Default Greddy (mitsubishi) td04h need a oil restrictor?

hey guys
i'm installing a new greddy 15g kit for a friend and i didnt get any oil lines or fittings wit the turbo,

anyone know if the banjo fitting that they give in the kit is a restrictor?

i'm asking because somone gave me a banjo 10X1.25 bolt with 4 huge holes.
and i know that the TD04L has a 1.5mm banjo.

i have used a 1/8 npt line straight in for a couple of years on my 15g, no problems.

thanks for the answers,
just for kicks i got a oem impreza td04 oil feed banjo and it has only one 1.5mm hole.
the banjo bolt below is the one i got from the fittings shop 10X1.25mm with 4 huge holes,
