after driving a few miles and shut it down then try and start it 10-30min later it runs rough sounds like a subi instead of a honda and runs fine after it sits for a hr or 2 and im not sure where to start,checked plugs and wires and they looked fine
mods are msd sci-l box blaster 2 coil msd cap no name header and short ram zex nitrous kit apexi vafc

bump cuz im having the same problems in my DC. Sounds like a subie and feels like it has a lag driving till after vtec engages, runs good and strong. : ( I would like to know some inputs on this myself.

 

pull a spark plug wire one at a time and see which one doesnt cause the idle to change.

pull the spark plug, is it wet with fuel?
switch 2 cylinder plug wires to rule out plug wires
pull cap and inspect

do you have a compression and a leak down tester?

 

As mentioned pull the plug leads and see if one of them does not change anything, also pull the plugs and see if your running rich, if so, check the ECT sensor. 94

 

after replacing all ignition components it ended up being a bad fuel injector
