hey i just bought a 94 eg hatch has a check engine and i ran it it came out to be injector and o2 sensor well my car turs on right away and it drives fine but if i press the gas a little more just to get going my car starts bogging down like if fuel was not getting to the injectors pls help idk if is my fuel pump or my distributor or idk what else it could be it has a d15z1 with a p28 computer i already changed the fuel filter spark plugs

I had a z1 n p28 with a z6 vtec solenoid. pulls better then stock z1

well the check engine light is because the o2 and the fuel injector but ive ran alot of hondas in the past with bad 02 or no 02 and never has a problem its like if im cruising it rides fine but if i step a little more on the gas pedal it starts to stutter and dosent go any faster is like no fuel was getting to the motor idk but thanks to everyone if anyone has a comment or this problem before reply

 

yeah... you ran a lot of Hondas but how many z1s have you ran? z1 are pretty much sensitive engines. the little things can make it go crazy.

When i had my z1, it would randomly blogged because of the bad o2. It threw out the same codes (injectors and o2). You might want to get a p07 ecu because it runs a 5wire o2 not a 4wire unless its been converted thats why its using a p28.

 

They are the same part number!!! Z1's don't pull crap!!!

Yes it def could be because of the wrong ecu. Replace your O2! Z1's don't have your typical O2. They are wideband o2's. Get your injectors cleaned as well.

rock auto has O2 for the z1 for 257.79,cheapest I have found.

 

z1s do pull... they pull the car out of the garage and give you good gas miles if your o2 isnt messed up =]

best bet is the p07 ecu and o2 for now

 

I have a VX so I know exactly what a z1 does!

 

thank u guyz im going to try first a new o2 most likely im also going to have to get headers cuz the o2 its rusted and i just checked it it is a 5 wire o2 i hope thats my problem
well i got the hatch clean just missing a carpet and rear seat for 1200 and the body is clean teal green

 

also i forgot to mention my friend has a 94 teggy with a ls his car does the same thing but its a little different when his check engine light is off his car does the same thing as mines but his check engine then turns on after a 15 min drive and it stops doing it. but is the same missfire
