I have a 92 DX hatch with an LS motor. Currently No AC in it. Im looking to install it.. the car did come with it, I have the button on the dash and I have the Evaporator behind the glove box and the drier behind the motor. I dont have anything in the engine bay besides the drier. no condenser, compressor, fan for the condenser etc.. what else do I need to get AC in this car and What do i get them off of when searching? Do i get them off an Integra, or..? thanks

i read that, that is why i made this thread.. When looking for parts, are the civic parts interchangeable as for the lines? Where can I find the lines?.. I want to run a 134a system. and I rechecked to see what I have and i dont have the dryer.

So basicly all I need to get is the condenser and fan, compressor, dryer and lines right?

Im trying to get everything "New/or reman" so i dont have any issues.

Dude, if I were you I'd get his stuff, provided it is in good conditions.
You'll save a ton of money and can always clean/flush them individually before putting everything together.

I'd also look for one of the evaporator assemblies suggested in Deschlong's informative thread. That way you can add cabin filter to your Civic.

Can I get a list of parts to pull and what to pull them out of?

Right now I have a P30 bracket on the car..

What Do i need from firewall forward? What do I get the lines out of from the firewall, what do i get my compressor out of, what bracket do i get if needed, do i need a tensioner? what do i get it out of? etc.. id really appreciate it.. i keep searching and all its doing is confusing the **** out of me.. I want the easiest way to get AC in my EG with a 96 integra LS motor in it.. I have Nothing in the engine bay and dont know what will match up.. Thanks for the help, I really do appreciate it.

ok I picked up all the lines, condenser, compressor, and fan... Need the P54 bracket now and the AC wiring harness.. Do i need the belt tensioner? I dont have PS, just looking to run the ac.

 

Where did you get this stuff and how much did it cost you?

I currently dont have the condenser and fan but i do have the compressor. the only thing is that it looks like it doesnt have a belt. but warm air does blow. is the air powered by something else?

 

yea, air blows from the blower behind the dash, same thing that pushes ur heat out of ur vents
