Default Water neck and thermostat extra coolant outlets

My question is: is it possible for me to block these two outlets off. I guess they are linked in some way to the GSR intake manifold and head. But since I am using a B16 obd2 head can I just re route those with one another to make it work or can I just plug it off ?

Im assuming the only one that I really need as of right now is the coolant nipple, the little small one that goes into the iacv.

Yes all u have to do is re route or plug really depends on what throttle body you are using.
