Default Flushing coolant w/o removing drain plug

Want to flush the coolant in my gsr but my turbo is in the way of the drain plug on the block. Can i just flow water through the upper radiator hose towards the head, through the engine and out of the lower hose. Will this damage anything (water pump)?

You can do that, it will not hurt anything but i am not sure if you will get a good flush or not.
