Just like the title says, how do you do this. I stripped the hell out of the little plastic screws underneath the car that look like they hold them on. What am I not seeing?
1. Screws at both ends of the skirts.
2. Plastic screws on the bottom (pliers if they won't come out)
3. THen push the skirts either towards or away from the front end, they should move forward and pop right off.

Has anyone painted their stock skirts?? I was wondering if this would work with a glossy paint. If it would stick to the plastic well ???
edit: spelling

I had a buddy of mine paint mine for like $20 plus materials. Your best bet is to have it professionally done. They're made out of a tricky material that's tough to get glossy for a typical do-it-yourself person.
Those screws on the bottom will be VERY stubborn of you try to force them out. The trick is to unscrew them EXTREMELY gently and slowly and you won't strip them to hell.
The above directions are good. You slide them towards the front of the car about 1 1/2 in. and they'll come of with the clips still attached to the skirts.
When you put them back on, make sure you pull the clips off the skirts and just put them back on the car. That way to don't have to screw around trying to slide the skirts back into postion. You just push them straight onto the clips.
